The Accounts Payable Clerk performs a variety of tasks related to accounts payable including but not limited to:
Verify invoices received are correct and any back-up documentation is attached Enter invoices into accounting software and attaching all supporting documents Sending out invoices for approval and following up for approvals as needed Scanning and entering paper invoices (invoices that come in the mail) Pulling reports as needed for management Assist in other areas of the accounting department as needed Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Light lifting 15 lbs.

Qualifications:
High volume, must be able to work quickly and accurately Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must Basic accounting/math knowledge a plus Attention to detail and ability to multi-task At least 2 years experience preferred High school diploma or GED required Company offers benefits including health insurance and 401(k) program.
