Billing Clerk
Henderson, TN Henderson, TN Full-time Full-time $16 - $20 an hour $16 - $20 an hour 18 hours ago 18 hours ago 18 hours ago The Billing Clerk will complete bid billing and assist with T&M invoicing for all clients as well as assist the Billing Manager with weekly/monthly reporting.
The duties include but are not limited to:
Bid Billing Invoicing T&M Invoicing Provide daily, weekly, and monthly support to Billing Manager Assist the Billing Administrative Assistant as needed Maintain new job setups/job closures Maintain pending change order requests in the accounting system to ensure accurate reporting Weekly P&L/TimeStation reporting for all Project Managers and the PM Team Maintain job lists Maintain POs received and ensure the timely return or documentation of the POs Daily interaction with the field for discrepancies in reports and to gather missing data pertinent to the billing department/bid billing Maintain monthly billing projections provided by the PM team to ensure accurate reporting
Qualifications:
Accounting degree highly recommended but not required Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing is required Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to learn computer software Excellent organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills required Attention to detail and ability to multi-task required Job Type:
